Here's a quick rundown of the move:
Clint and I left Sacramento on December 23 and we made it to Flagstaff, AZ that evening.

On the 24th we drove to Pueblo, CO and stayed for 3 nights with Clint's parents. It was the first time I didn't spend Christmas with my family, but his family made me feel right at
home.On the 27th we drove left Colorado and arrived in Bryant, Arkansas late that night. Bryant is
where Amber, my sister-in-law is from. It was perfect as Phillip, my brother and Amber were there and I very much enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed there. On the 29th we made our final trek to Georgetown, KY!
Clint and I spent New Years in Georgetown at Mark and Maria's. Clint and Maria both teach 3rd grade at Anne Mason Elementary. It was difficult being away from my friends at this exciting time, but fun making some new friends.
I jumped right into locking in a job. After interviewing for a position at the Lexington Herald-Leader while still in Sacramento, I thought I was set. I didn't hear from them, so I started checking out CareerBuilder.com. To date I've applied to over 30 jobs. I've those 30 I've interviewed with:Georgetown News Graphic http://www.georgetownnews.com/

I have received several offers and a couple of the opportunities I stepped away from partway through the hiring process. Only two of the eight listed are actually jobs that I was excited about. One hired somebody else and the other I haven't heard back from (which I'm being to think that they've hired somebody else, as well).
Clint and I have tried to get out and explore the area. We have come up with a monthly activity
we simply call our "Adventures." The responsibility of planning the activity switches off. In January, Clint took me to Mammoth Caves. In February we drove to Louisville and took in an art show in an historic
watertower on the Ohio River and ate dinner at an Indian restaurant. Most recently we hit some golf balls at a driving range in Georgetown and then visited My Old Kentucky Home in Bardstown. It's the location where the state song was written. I'm currently planning our adventure for April.I flew to Sacramento to visit friends and family at the end of February. That was much needed time spent with those that are close to me and so missed. In less from a month, Wendy, Erika, JD, Alyssa and Melissa are coming here to visit. I couldn't be more excited. Love you guys and see you soon.
